Micronized Graphite Series

Our company uses high-speed crushers, Raymond mills, jet mills, and other advanced grinding equipment to produce various grades of micronized graphite products. These products are widely used in industries such as electro-carbon products, lubricants, fertilizer catalysts, pencil leads, powder metallurgy release agents, as well as fillers or performance enhancers in rubber, plastics, and various composite materials, and are highly praised by domestic and international customers.

Specifications: Particle size: 1–38 μm

Properties: Retains the properties of high-quality natural flake graphite; exhibits special oxidation resistance and self-lubrication under high-temperature conditions; has good electrical and thermal conductivity, as well as adhesion.

Applications:
(1) Used as a release lubricant in the production of fertilizer catalysts;
(2) Base material for high-temperature lubricants and corrosion-resistant lubricants;
(3) Powder metallurgy release agent and raw material for metal alloys;
(4) Used to make carbon film resistors, conductive dry films, and conductive solutions;
(5) As fillers or performance improvers in rubber, plastics, and various composite materials to enhance wear resistance, compressive strength, or conductivity;
(6) Used to manufacture graphite slurries, greases, and lubricants.
