Graphite Paper

Graphite sheet is produced from high-carbon flake graphite through chemical treatment, high-temperature expansion, and calendaring or rolling processes.
It is a resin-free, binder-free flexible graphite material and serves as the base material for various graphite sealing products.

Production Process:
Chemical treatment → High-temperature expansion → Calendaring / Rolling

Specifications:
• Thickness: 0.15–3.0 mm (customizable)
• Width: ≤1500 mm
• Density: 0.7–1.4 g/cm³ (adjustable upon request)
• Carbon content: ≥99% (up to ≥99.9%)

• Excellent high-temperature resistance (up to 450°C in continuous service; higher in inert atmosphere)
